What will you do?

• End-to-end delivery of product functions, with front-end as the main focus and independent back-end links (Go, Node.js) when necessary.
• Make judgments and trade-offs between product experience, design quality, and engineering cost.
• Solve complex technical problems, such as large-scale table scrolling performance, multi-scenario reuse of complex components, editor-level interactive experience, etc.
• Keep the codebase clear, stable, and easy to maintain through code review, knowledge sharing, and continuous refactoring.
• Proficient in using AI tools, using AI to improve judgment and efficiency, rather than simply pursuing code volume.

• Proficient in using React and TypeScript.
• There is sufficient front-end depth, including complex UI, performance optimization, component system design, etc.

Backend

Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the design and implementation of core services, establishing evolutionable data models and migration plans.
• For real-time collaboration scenarios, ensure performance, stability and availability.
• Participate in technical design review and code review, precipitate engineering specifications.
• Participate in the evolution of Cloud Native architecture and infrastructure to improve elasticity and delivery efficiency.
• Work closely with product/front-end/design to drive the complete closed loop from requirement to launch.

Job requirements

• More than 3 years of backend R&D experience, proficient in Go language and related ecosystem environment, with production-level service design and performance optimization experience.
• Familiar with API design (Protobuf/OpenAPI), able to collaborate with front-end to define stable contracts.
• Familiar with message system design and operation.
• Solid data modeling skills, familiar with mainstream relational database design principles.
• Understanding Cloud Native architecture (containers, orchestration, CI/CD, observability).
• Ability to collaborate across teams and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Able to efficiently use AI to develop and solve problems.

Bonus points

• Experience in collaborative editing/real-time synchronization (OT/CRDT, etc.).
• Experience with infrastructure (K8s/Terraform/AWS/GCP), or familiarity with existing infrastructure.

Design

You are responsible for making the product "cool" and "smooth", designing non-traditional interaction interfaces (such as dynamic cards, voice interaction, vibration feedback). Your design is the first touchpoint for users to fall in love with this AI.

Core Responsibilities

• Leading the overall interaction architecture and visual language of products, creating a unique, smooth, and memorable user experience.
• Design innovative interactive forms, such as dynamic information cards, voice-driven interfaces, haptic feedback mechanisms, contextualized motion graphics, etc.
• Collaborate deeply with front-end development to ensure high fidelity in restoring design details and motion graphics logic.
• Explore new UI paradigms in the AIGC era (refer to Perplexity's information flow, Dynamic Land's spatial interaction, etc.).
• Participate in user testing, iterate quickly, and use design to drive emotional connection.

• Strong aesthetic intuition and interactive sensitivity, the portfolio can reflect "emotional design" or "non-linear interaction".
• Familiar with tools such as Figma, ProtoPie, Lottie, etc., able to output high fidelity prototypes and interactive animations.
